billed 2 times for the same !

Dear sirs,

I was billed twice for one purchase. I bought it a long time ago, but I could not find it in the "purchased" list. When trying to download I was billed the second time. So, whats a problem?

I cannot "report a problem" from the link on my bill, because the link is incorrect.
